Shaymavenue ("Shaymavenue", "Company", "we", "our", or "us") operates a digital technology platform that provides API-based financial technology solutions, including payment services, business payouts, collections, merchant tools, and other technology-enabled financial services.

Shaymavenue is a technology service provider and does not accept public deposits or provide consumer banking services.

The internal merchant wallet available on the platform is a Closed User Group (CUG) service balance facility intended solely for verified business partners.

2. Technology Platform

Shaymavenue provides technology infrastructure and integration with:

Authorized Banking Institutions
Licensed Financial Partners
NPCI-based Payment Systems
API Service Providers

Actual transaction processing, settlement, authorization, and fund movement are performed by regulated financial institutions and payment partners.

Shaymavenue shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by:

Bank server downtime
NPCI network issues
API failures of third-party providers
Internet connectivity problems
Scheduled maintenance
Bank reconciliation delays

3. No Warranty

The platform and all services are provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis.

Shaymavenue does not guarantee:

Continuous platform availability.
Uninterrupted API access.
Error-free transaction processing.
Immediate settlements.
Compatibility with all third-party systems.

Transaction processing timelines depend upon banking partners, payment networks, and applicable regulatory systems.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shaymavenue shall not be liable for:

Losses resulting from incorrect account details entered by users.
Unauthorized use of merchant credentials.
Third-party wallet funding or misuse.
Incorrect QR code usage.
Chargebacks initiated by banks or payment networks.
Fraudulent activities conducted by merchants or their customers.
Business interruption or loss of profits.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Where liability is legally established, it shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable laws and contractual obligations.

5. No Financial Advice

Shaymavenue does not provide:

Investment advice.
Trading recommendations.
Financial planning services.
Credit facilities.
Lending or borrowing services.

All financial transactions are initiated solely by the merchant or authorized user, and users remain fully responsible for their decisions.

6. Governing Law

This Disclaimer shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from the use of the Shaymavenue platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Shaymavenue
